The errors show up in RED and are fine when in the US, each bad field is
indicated by a red explanation.  But, even with the line you suggested
added, the page will not show errors in red when in the UK, neither will it
accept the transaction, unless all the bold fields are completed.

But it may confuse customers if they are told that errors are highlighted in
red, but in fact are not.

I have renamed some of the field lables though, for example I changed
zip/postal code to: Postcode, and shipping to Delivery.  Would this affect
how it checks the fields?
