Yup, that's correct.  Set your flag to use SSL in interchange and the
pages for the checkout and stuff like that go right to
https://<yourserver>(:443).  The encryption level is based on your
certificate that you generate having nothing to do with interchange
directly.  The session storage is the same as without SSL support.  The
processing of your encryption to send off pages to users is another story,
not a lot of OH but will generate some.
