My thoughts are:

I am well pleased with my IC, thanks to the help and support I have received
from here it is doing just what I want.

It's always been at the back of my mind that, if I wasn't pleased with IC,
Red Hat or the advice I was given.. I could have tried elsewhere for an
e-commerce solution - but at what price?
