[ic] Affiliate login

[MITECH Trading]

I'm using 4.7.6
When I go to the affiliate pages at
www.mydomain.com/cgi-bin/foundation/affiliate/index.html
I am send to www.mydomain.com/cgi-bin/foundation/affiliate/login.html and
all there is on the page is
"Log in as an affiliate".
There is no boxes for login or sign up.
Is this a bug or did I miss to set something up?
I do not find anything about this in the docs.
