[ic] Updated Signio globalsub for PayflowPro Version 3.0 - DOCUMENT

NEEDS TO BE DOCUMENTED 

There are two different signo scripts out there.  The one I was working on
can be found in interchange-4.x.x/eg/globalsub/signio, or the other you
refer to below. 

I don't believe in mine you need to use the:
   Require module Vend::Payment::Signio
module.

Really, the difference is more cosmetic than anything.  I include the
variables in the variable.txt file.  And, I'd like to think mine's easier 
to read.:) I would like to know more about the advantage of the module.
