I have not fully tested on Win 98 since I did the last tweaks; I got it to
run fairly well on Windows 2000.

I would get the latest from CVS (or 4.7.7) instead of 4.7.6, but it is
quite possible you are running into module problems. You do need to 
install Bundle::Interchange, and it is usually better to make your
own Perl.

CPAN module works fairly well, but you will have to do "force install ...."
on some of the modules, as many don't pass all tests.

If you don't have GDBM or DB_File installed, you should make your
own Perl and edit ext/SDBM_File/sdbm/sdbm.h to bump your key/value
size up to 16K.
