[ic] Documentation Guides IC 4.8

I just saw that the Interchange Documentation Guides for version
4.8 are out as books. (Bravo ! My father would have said: "Eins
rauf mit Mappe und Fruehstueck." Sorry, I always overreact when it
comes to books, but those books, that's just a dream come through -
at least for me).  They are for sale here:

If the IC folks would just officially announce that there is "a bit of
code to go with the books" :-), then things would be just perfect and
settled for good. Aah, couldn't resist to tease you all, I am just too
happy for all of you. What a great achievement! Gute Fahrt, Interchange.
