I can remove the interchange stuff and compile it
like normal perl with out any errors. But when I
restart Interchange I get the following error.

bash-2.04$ ./restart
The Interchange server was not running
(//usr/lib/interchange/etc/interchange.pid).
Low traffic settings.
Calling UI....

Any one see what I have done wrong or can give me
an idea of asolution? I am running Redhat 7.1 and
interchange-4.6.5-1.rh7 from rpm.

Let me know if I need to give more information.

Thank you for your time,
