[ic] Grabbing a web page content using LWP::Simple

I would start with lwp-download "http://somesite.com/index.html" and see what
happens.  You shoudl end up with a file in the dir you executed from named
index.html. Verify it is the actual file and you have a starting point. Now you
can include if you desire. I happen to use this with cron to build a database
hourly from listings at moreover.
