[ic] How to install on Mac OS X?

Hi.  I'm not a major Unix guru (just a Unix hack) so go easy on me.  Has any
one installed Interchange on Mac OS X?  If so, what's the best way to go
about doing so?  What are the issues with integrating with MySQL?  Is it
better to try to integrate with Postgres?  Any help would be greatly
appreciated!
