[ic] SafeUntrap use

Hi,
i must use
   use Digest::SHA1 qw(sha1 sha1_hex sha1_base64);
in a usertag an neet to untrap this, is there a general possibility to 
disable the safe-trap for every perl code, becorse i only run shops 
trusted by me
