It depends how you installed it...

rpm = rpm -e interchange

else

delete /path/to/interchange (could be /usr/local/interchange or whatever
place you installed it into...)
and if you want to delete the catalog-files, the locate the place where your
catalog is installed (could be
$home/catalog)
