[ic] neet help with locale [L]New Account[/L]

Hi All
I try to use the [L] tag to change the language of the "new Account"
button.
<input type="submit" NAME=mv_click value="[L]new Account[/L]"
If I change the value of mv_click   the button will not work proper.
Has any of you a solution for me ?
