[ic] Products on Multiple pages

I am attempting to use the admin interface and would like to have products
listed on linked pages from the index.html page.
Currently I can get the category to link to another page, but the product
either dosen't show up or it shows up under the category on the index page.
Can this be done using the admin interface or must it be manually written
for every page and link ?
Due to the quanity of products we carry I would like just the main category
on our frontpage and sub-catageories on pages within interchange.
