[ic] Catalog_before.cfg has link template code in bar_link subroutine

It looks like catalog_before.cfg has link template code in bar_link
subroutine.  I think it was a patch so I guess I'm O.K. I guess I have to
mess around with the image properties and such.  Unless anyone has done this
before. . . .
