[ic] AUTOMATIC recurring billing solution

Our company (www.paymentonline.com) does support recurring billing, and we
do interface with Interchange as well, and the recurring billing is
automatic, just set it and go.  The recurring system we have supports alot
of different controls as well, and its already integrated into IC.  As far
as I know it seems to be the best recurring system I've seen.    Then again
I haven't seen too many recurring billing systems :)
