I don't want to discourage you, but we were going to do this
and we farmed it out (to a hosting/development company currently being
discussed in another thread) and never got any results.  Before
being brushed off by the developer (whom we had already paid) he
told us that the documentation from EFS didn't match the actual
backend interface.  Of course, they could have been lying.  We
ended up going with Verisign, which is what I wanted to use
in the first place.
