[ic] Can't Access Admin via http://localhost/Document Root/CgiUrl of catalog

Sorry for the nefarious, incomprehensible subject (don't flame me). Here's =
a
better explanation:

I am building a foundation type catalog on my hosting server (Red Hat 7.3 w=
/
) for a client. They have not switched the DNS name servers of the domain
(perfectionarch.com) to my hosting server so in order to access the web
admin, I have to put

http://current.currantmedia.com - (my hosting server localhost name) -
/WebSites/perfectionarch.com/cgi-bin/perfectionarch (rest of path, not
including the server's Document Root, to the CgiUrl) in my browser.

The problem is, instead of the page I want to see, I get this in my browser=
:

I chmod'ed the cgi-bin and html directory of perfectionarch.com to
group apache (group set to run httpd) and restarted interchange with the
suggested su -c "/usr/lib/interchange/bin/interchange -r" interch as well a=
s
restarting interchange from my init.d directory, but I'm still getting the
same result.

Any suggestions or clues as to how I can access the web admin? If not, can
anyone point me in the direction of what documentation might help me
(interchange installed doc's, what to type in the keyword search of mailing
list archive, interchange PDFs, etc)? I am at a loss.
