[ic] Sorting Options without o_sort

Hi all..
I am using IC 4.8.3 

Is there any way to sort options without using the o_sort
db field?  The problem is that most of my products(candles)
have over 100 options to choose from, and numbering them
all in the db takes hours to do.  If i only had to do it once
then it wouldnt be a problem, but it is updated weekly.  You
