That in itself is not messed up, if your http server and Interchange server 
run on the same box. Something else is probably amiss; perhaps the link 
file has the wrong path to interchange?  If you are using the compiled C 
version of the file now, perhaps you could try the perl (tlink.pl or 
vlink.pl) version instead? You should find it in a subdir of the dist dir; 
I think is is called src/.
