I have installed it successfully(and relatively painlessly) on both 7.2
and 7.3...

Well...did you try setting MailOrderTo in catalog.cfg? (it would be
under <some dir>/catalogs/<some catalog name>)

Maybe something went awry, and you have to do it by hand.

If this is truely a configuration error, how you install it should make
little difference.  I hope this helps.
