[ic] SSL & mv_cookie_password

Wondering if anyone knows why, in order to get persistent cookies/logins to 
work with https it was neccesary to comment out the following line in 
Vend::Userdb.pm -

     return if $Vend::Cfg->{Different Secure} && $CGI::secure;

Hoping it doesn't majorly throw something else out of whack!
