[ic] Security Failure - Data Decryption error

Hello,

I have had a couple of customers say they get the following response when 
clicking on the place order button.

Security Failure - Data Decryption Error.

Both were using IE 5.0 browsers. One was on a MAC, and the other on AOL, 
usnsure of browser or platform.

Any suggestions here other than upgrading to 6.0?
