Go to: (somewhere)/catalogs/(some catalog)/templates/foundation/regions/
and take a look at LEFTRIGHT_BOTTOM. 

Also, take note of (somewhere)/catalogs/(some
catalog)/templates/foundation/leftright

And the calls to LEFTRIGHT_BOTTOM and LEFTRIGHT_TOP at the beginning and
end of each 'page'.
