What happens if you manually point your browser at:

    www.yourdomain.com/cgi-bin/catalog/ord/basket.html

I'm betting that you get a "page not found" for that as well.

Check the permissions on your "pages/ord/basket.html" file and the
"pages/ord" directory.  The Interchange user will need to be able to
read the file.
