[ic] Setting up AuthorizeNet - No order input, no error in log, order goes through for customer

Hi All,

This is my first attempt at setting up AuthorizeNet and I have
already gotten through a few snags by using the mail archives
and some 'how-to's' on the subject. I am in test mode.

I have followed the detailed instructions and made all the
appropriate changes to catalog.cfg and interchange.cfg

I have noted all that I can about what is happening/not happening
since there is no error log ... most of the time. I have also
uncommented the debug lines in the perl module for AuthNet
but I am not getting any debugging info as was suggested.

Here is what I know:

Placing an order in the customer interface:
Order number fails (uses the session + time)
Email of order IS sent to admin
Order info IS entered in tracking.asc
Nothing in 'log' file, or in UI, or in orderline, or any other tables
No error in error.log or in global log
There is no /tmp/icdebug file or dir

Placing an order in the UI:
'there was an error processing this request.... with a reference
  to Order.pm line 1184'
  Receipt page does not show
  error.log outputs the following:
Non-existent order routing log_entry, skipping.
Non-existent order routing main, skipping.
Non-existent order routing copy_user, skipping.

With no other errors, and no visible response from AuthorizeNet
I do not know if IC is even connecting or what IS happening

Any help is greatly appreciated.

Aaron
