[ic] Using the menu editor - is there any documentation?

Hi-

I searched the IC site and could not find any doc about the menu editor
screen included in the Admin UI for 4.9.4.

In particular, I would like info about how I could set up a tabbed menu
like the one on the IC site and in the Admin UI.

I'd also appreciate some guidance as to what some of the widgets on the
menu editor do...

Does anyone have any info?
