That is exactly why we specify 0.1021 in Bundle::Interchange. The interface
changed, and it went to a perl-only module. The 0.1021 version will be
forever more the one we use unless someone decides to port it. We 
determined that such a port had about zero benefit for IC, so we
didn't do it.
