It seems to me as if you're hard-coding an order_id value, rather
than using the value returned by the PSP.

Perhaps you should save the pop.order-id (x_trans_id) into the
transactions table along with the pop.auth-code (x_auth_code) when
orders are placed.

That's just a guess, by the way.
