[ic] Ingerating IC w/ Financial System

I'd like to see how to integrate IC with an accounting package; I've 
understood from some postings on this list that 4.9.x provides hooks for 
this.

Now, is this interface documented, or can I see it from an example? Will it be 
in 4.9.5 if I install it?
