[ic] Updating Database using form - Select Multiple

Try adding:

    <INPUT TYPE=HIDDEN NAME="mv_data_filter_m_pets" VALUE="null_to_space">

Though I am betting you really want "null_to_colon" and to remove your
commas from the values.
