If you do use that script, which I don't really recommend, please
secure it against spammers.

If you don't hard-code the destination address, it is read from a
form parameter. A growing percentage of the spam messages sent
exploit this -- if you see a large "To: " and "Cc" line in
a spam, this is how it was sent.

There is also a basic IC feedback setup in the old "simple" demo, in
simple/pages/feedback.html and simple/special/feedback.html.
