[ic] [mv] 3.14 and GnuPG

A bit of a blast from the past; hope it is OK to post here.

I have to move a couple of my old minivend 3.1 stores (that are still
inproduction) to a RedHat 7.2 server.
The minivend install and catalogs are actually working OK but I am stumped
with CC encryption.

The IC stores on the same server currently use GPG and work fine.
PGP is not installed so I am trying to configure the 3.14 stores to use GPG
Is this possible; I can't recall whether 3.14 supported GPG.
