[ic] Can't Get to Store or admin

I have finally installed the interchange 4.8 and I have sql up and running.
It is now a flaws procedure...LOL

I go to the website and click on either the customer entrance or admin
entrance and get 404 errors

Try it yourself if you would like

I look at where the admin link is going and it trys to go to
/home/mtgilead/www/cgi-bin/mtgilead/index.html

There is a file called mtgilead in the cgi-bin but not a folder?

Any help would be greatly apprectiated
