[ic] Find out where the catalog is installed

Any already existed system variable that I can use?
I do not want to put this into the catalog.cfg file,
since our development emvironment folder structure and
different with production environment folder
structure. If I add lot of environment stuff in
configure file, it will be some difficult to promote
the code.
