[ic] item-list tax

I need to calculate the tax on each individual item in the cart. How do I do 
that? 

Something like [salestax], but for each item. 

There's no item-tax field or equivalent, fly_tax is always 0 and __TAXRATE__ 
is always 25 (Danish VAT). 

The tax is 25% for Danish customers, and 0 if I ship outside Denmark.
