You really should setup a demo foundation store that you can change
values without messing up any previous work.  Then read about options in
the foundation demo here:

Once you've done that try things out until you understand how it works.
I spent about 3 hours yesterday doing just that and today my options are
working correctly on my development site (complete with option pricing).

You'll gain an understanding about how things work instead of getting an
answer and then moving on to the next step and you get stuck again.
