[ic] Interchange DOES NOT work with Oracle - prove me wrong.

I am having great difficulty getting Interchange to work with Oracle and
I'm starting to think that it never did work with Oracle.  Is the claim of
compatibility with Oracle just a ploy to increase industry acceptance of
IC?  This is the third message I've sent to this list and I have yet to
hear a peep from the list about Oracle.

I'm willing to entertain the idea of paying someone to set this up, but
nobody has even offered.

What's the deal?
