[ic] A friendly reminder: Archives need to be set to 2002

I think last year we had the same thing. Someone needs to set the archives 
manually to the new year, so that we get the 2002 files to see at 
http://interchange.redhat.com/cgi-bin/ic/mail_archive.html.
