Yes, but I just tried with Netscape and Opera. The same thing. Just the
Error Message is different.
Netscape: Netscape network connection was refused... The server may not be
accepting connections or may be buisy...
Opera: Could not connect to remote server.

I just installed everything new: apache mysql interchange and foundation.
Everything default.
