[ic] Authorizenet Assistance: 4.6.5

Looking for assistance is setting up AuthorizeNet on an existing high
traffic Interchange site. I could do it (eventually), but barley have time
to write this email with all pending projects... Authorizenet account is
setup, but thanks to the mail list search system, "quick"
reference/instructions are not found.

Or, if some one has a accurate tutorial/instructions it would be
appreciated.

OS: Linux 6.2

User site getting a few thousand visitors a day now, so seamless integration
is required.
