[ic] undefined catalog error

Yes, i am afraid so. That old chestnut. Sorry to have to be the one. 

I have looked through the entire archive of posts and there is much
reference to this error message, but none of them seem to apply to me.

Here is a breakdown of the errors:

1: browser error - undefined catalog /foundation (or foundation2- i tried
makecat a couple of times)
2.interchange error log output:

If i check the catalog.cfg file in /usr/local/interchange/foundation (2),
the file is 0k in size and is completely devoid of any data, is this normal?
I also checked the interchange.cfg, and i couldn't see anything strange.

I have checked the user permissions and everything seems fine. The only
major difference about my install, is that the server runs netscape
FastTrack.

Can anyone help me before i kick the chair??
