Hi list,

I just had a customer send an order which we received with (as the customer
claims) the wrong items ordered. He also received the email confirmation
showing 4 incorrectly ordered items, prices, and shipping charges. The 4
items logged to transactions.txt is the same as the encrypted order we
received and the same as the order confirmation receipt he received.

He said he checked his order before submitting, was logged in during
checkout, using Windows XP, and the latest version of IE (his words) on a
new HP computer. There is nothing in interchange error log and cat error log
shows his successful login just prior to his order. Apache error_log does
show activity during his transaction, although nothing looked abnormal to
me. I checked the mail archives for wrong email confirmation, etc. but found
nothing.

I entered his original order using his login info from my browser without a
failure. This cat has received several hundred orders since August 2001 and
no major problems reported (other than a few orders came through with $0
shipping charges - still unknown and not reproduceable).

I have not been expiring sessions regularly. Could this cause the problem?
My /session directory is full of folders, but no info in them. My /tmp
directory appears to have the sessions in it. Is this being used for
sessions instead?

Thanks for trying to help!
