[ic] Payment Processing

With cybercash being absorbed by Verisign, is there a list of credit card
payment processors that integrate as easy (relatively) as cybercash did?  I
checked out the website for Verisign PayFlow, but they don't list
Interchange on their list of shopping carts.  I did find David Totten's
excellent looking instructions on how to setup IC with Payflow, so I may
just go that direction.  Is there a preferred payment gateway for use with
IC in the US?
