It would be nice if the message was read properly before responding.
I'll try to be more clear.

I'm well aware of etc/report. My problem is I would like the email that
is sent to the merchant (data provided by etc/report) to have an email
address in the CC: line.

I'm NOT talking about etc/mail_receipt. That goes to the person placing
the order and uses the [email] tag.
