[ic] adding items to cart

Hi,

   I'm working on a ic page with items and buy now buttons. When I click on
the buy now or add item to cart button the page changes to the cart contents
page and then I have to hit the back button to go back to the ordering page.

Can anyone help me with figuring out how to keep on the same page when
adding items to the cart? I searched IC but can't seem to find the answer.
