You can't nest quotation marks (set="....bob="zzz"..."), to do so, mix in 
other quotation marks:
set=|...bob="zzz"...|
set="...bob='zzz'..."

And if *that* doesn't work, try perl:

[perl] $CGI->{cgi_var} = $Tag->data('session', 'arg'); [/perl]
