You may edit the HTML pages to remove all of the price information.
Look for Interchange tags such as [item-price], [loop-price] etc.
Basically [*-price].  Other pages will have other price-related
information.  Look at the page, find the tag in the HTML and then
remove/modify it to your liking.  The Interchange Tags Reference manual
will help you decide whether the tag you are looking at is used to
display price information.

Will you be adding a note to the bottom of each page that says
"if you have to ask, you can't afford it"? :-)

Of course, your site may not be commerce-related, which is a good
reason to remove all of the price-related tags.  If this is the
case then you could simply design your own pages from scratch, which
is easy enough to do.
