[ic] more error log messages

Here in IC newbie land another pair of error messages have crawled into the
log.
I see they are coming from the login process, but am not clear on why I'm
getting them.

xxx.xxx.xxx.xxx DMTw2wXD:xxx.xxx.xxx.xxx - [09/July/2002:18:50:25 -0400]
user/catalogname/cgi-bin/cart.cgi/process.html Safe: Auto-create of user
failed. at (eval 2069) line 1.

  die errmsg("Auto-create of user failed.");

The next is

I'm running the foundation demo, IC 4.8.3 under linux using apache 1.3.26,
again if I've missed something in the documentation that should be obvious
castigate me when pointing me to the correct page and document.
