If it is based on user input from a form, you will need to do it
with an ActionMap, or change the action to "back" and do:

    [calc]
	    $CGI->{mv_todo} = 'search';
	    $Config->{NoSearch} = '';
    [/calc]
    [update process]
    [search-region]
